Serving by noticing others with Jared Easley

Have you ever had someone take genuine notice of your hard work and efforts?  It just picks you up doesn’t it?  On today’s Table Top Inventing Podcast, my guest and fellow podcaster Jared Easley shares how the feedback from one of his listeners helped him come back from being downsized out of his corporate job and find his focus.  Jared, a co-founding member of the Podcast Movement and host of the Starve The Doubts podcast shares how he serves his audience by reaching out and noticing people.  Jared tells us if we’re willing to be generous and truly notice people and their efforts, it builds rapport.  Over time, this rapport leads to reciprocity and helps to build your army of fans.
